However, the The items arrived on time and in good condition. However, the experience with the installer was disappointing due to his negative attitude and approach. He repeatedly expressed concerns about the installation, such as doubting whether the equipment would fit through the designated area and considering cancellation. He also expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the area, which he felt could increase his liability, prompting me to further clean the area. Ultimately, he decided not to proceed with the installation because our water was turned off, and he was unable to verify the condition of the existing valves post-installation. Consequently, he cancelled the installation. When I contacted the service number to discuss the situation, they informed me that I was ineligible for a refund due to the short notice of cancellation and the installer's already being on site. This revelation helped me understand the installer's persistently poor attitude, leading me to suspect that the situation was manipulative.
