This is an excellent machine. Does a great job cleaning. Clothes are noticeably cleaner than our last washer could do. Way to use with the exception of the wifi capability. Not easy to set up and the directions that come with the machine are not very helpful. I didn’t purchase the machine for this option, but figured I would give it a try since it is equipped, but gave up up trying to set up the wifi on the machine as it was painfully frustrating to get to work And I have yet to give it another try. Overall it does a fantastic job as a washing machine.

Install went great. The guys showed up on time and installed it in under 20 minutes. Didnt damage my walls either. Well worth the money to deliver and install. Sad they arent FREE to deliver/install but the time saved and back pain saved is worth it.

This is as an incredible experience! Best crew ever! I don’t know who reads this but the crew really hooked it up, it was a weird tricky install and laundry room is a bit of a disaster setup wise but they installed everything perfectly and customized things per our needs. If I were Best Buy management I would use the two gentlemen who installed our washer/dryer for literally every install in the state of Delaware!

Delivery and installation was prompt and with courteous service. Knowledgable crew communicated effectively and were accommodating. Excellent all around.

The professional installation was definitely worth it. I also had them remove my old washing machine at the same time. Arrival to my name left was probably only 15 minutes. Quick and easy, and no mess.

After having having my first new washer replaced with another (because the first one had gears grinding) everything is perfect. It's quite and works great.

The installation was painless. The guys were great,friendly and super fast. I was surprised how fast they for the washer up 3 sets of stairs no noise and got it hooked up and took old washer no issues.

Mr. Cardell and his helper arrived as promised on March 4, 2017 and I was very impressed with how fast and efficient the installation of this washing machine went. I would guess that in approximately 20 minutes time the old machine was removed and the new one installed and Mr. Cardell already had the new machine running through a cycle and the old machine was being put on the delivery truck. Both men were very friendly, courteous, respectful, efficient and really did make me feel as though I was truly a valuable customer. I wish Best Buy had more delivery personnel like Mr. Cardell or either the company that Best Buy contracts with. I am very well pleased with how smoothly the installation process went.
