Directly put the output hose into the stand pipe and tightened it with a plastic strap. Per the LG washer installation instructions, the outlet hose is supposed to drape over over the U bracket and then go into the stand pipe. Neither did they leave the U bracket with me. I had to call Best Buy multiple times to get a U Bracket shipped to me. Other than that, they did a nice and quick installation.

My items were delivered and installed quick and efficiently. They made ever effort to find a solution to any concerns that arised during the installation. Very courtesy and I would definitely use this service again.

A great service for a multi-floor home

GOOD JOB BY THE TWO MEN INSTALLERS

TWO MEN CAME IN AND TOOK OUT OLD UNIT WITHIN MINUTES AND BROUGHT IN NEW WASHER AND DRYER AND CHANGED SIDE THE DRYER DOOR WAS ON QUICKLY AND DID THEIR JOB WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS
