The gentleman that installed the appliance was pleasant and efficient. He caught a shipping mistake. The pedestal was the wrong color. They sent a black one instead of a graphite one. So the appliance was installed and he then showed us the ease of operation. Pedestal delivered 5 days later.

The installers did a great job. Took away the old washer and were quick to install the new washer. Made sure thw washer was level and works great

The appointment time was kept, and the technicians called on their way. They unwrapped and installed the new machine with care and efficiency, and hauled away my old one. The technician also explained me the basics of the machine operation. They took away the moving bolts, which I would have liked to keep, but forgot to ask. In retrospect it would have been good for the technician to ask me if I wanted to keep them in case I need to move the machine. Overall, I’m very happy with the professional installation, and the efficiency and politeness of the technician.

Washer is top load and works great. Easy loading and unloading and can handle large loads of laundry. Also, able to soak clothes if needed.

The install of our LG washer was fast and flawless. The installer explained what he was doing, and did it in a rapid, skilled manner. Clean and neat work area at the end of the install. Courteous, professional worker.

Install went great. The guys showed up on time and installed it in under 20 minutes. Didnt damage my walls either. Well worth the money to deliver and install. Sad they arent FREE to deliver/install but the time saved and back pain saved is worth it.

They didn’t ground the electric wiring as necessary. Had to figure that out and do it myself.

We had the LG - TurboWash 4.5 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Front-Loading Washer with the LG - SideKick 1.0 Cu. Ft. 6-Cycle High-Efficiency Pedestal Washer installed. The installation was eventually successful, but we had an issue with whether or not we had purchased the required second set of hoses needed by the SideKick washer (we had but that apparently wasn't in the installers' paperwork) and needed to provide a power cord splitter since there was only one electrical outlet for the washer. Fortunately we had a heavy-duty outdoor-rated cord available.

Install was smooth and fast definitely recommended

the second pair of installers were great. Very fast and efficient workers. Cleaned up all packing material and took it away.
