I purchased the washer dryer at the end of December, and scheduled delivery for January 23. The stacking kit was on back order from Bosch, and that was the earliest Best Buy said they could make the delivery. In the ensuing two weeks, Best Buy arbitrarily rescheduled my appointment twice, which required two,10-minute calls to correct. When I tried to contact the store, I was disconnected multiple times, and finally had to go through a different department just to reach a human being in the appliance department to try and correct the problem. I finally called Bosch myself, ordered the stacking kit, and it was delivered in three days - the same stacking kit that Best Buy said would take them six weeks. I rescheduled the delivery for the next Saturday, after seven more phone calls to the store - six of which ended in me being disconnected. When the delivery people arrived (they were on time and pleasant), they said they wouldn't completely install the washer and dryer because the electrical cord had to be changed and they said they were not qualified electricians. After several more calls to the Best Buy where I purchased the washer dryer, and several more disconnections, they re-scheduled someone to come out the following week. Although I told them I needed them to come out between noon and four, they would only schedule it between eight and noon, which required me to miss work. Once that person came (an hour past the time they said he'd be there - and with no courtesy call), the washer and dryer were installed witt no further issues. Everything is working fine now, and I really like the washer and dryer, but the amount of time I had to spend trying to fix Best Buy's mistakes and arbitrary delivery changes, in addition to the expedited shipping I paid Bosch, made this a less than positive experience. I'm not sure I would buy something from Best Buy again if I had to have it delivered.
