He did not use the new hose we purchased because he had concerns about removing the old hose. We are now concerned in the near future we many have hose issues.

Excellent service to recover from original terribl

The original instllation team was 2 hours late and made up excuses why they couldn't hal away the original unit. It sat in my kitchen for almost 2 weeks. I was finally able to find a person at Best Buy that addressed the issue. The next crew showed up on-time and handled the haul-away very professionally.

Knowledgeable delivery guys

They recommended what brand we should look at. Glad they didn't install it and then we found out they're be a problem.

Pleased but way late.
