Very quick install and arrived on time. No issues since

Showed up early after calling to request early showing. Removed and installed new without hitting the walls or door frames. Was surprised I wasnt asked about specific location in the laundry room - I did want it moved over from where the old one was located and they did not have the tools to remove the old pedestal from the old washing machine on hand - even though they seemed familiar with the problem and even knew the size of the socket needed...

The installation was done professionally and rather quicker than I expected. Had to readjust the front leg after a few days put otherwise ok.

The installation crew were great. Friendly and accommodating. Took care of everything and were in/out quickly.

Polite, efficient, professional. They brought the washer up steps, through doorways and tight corners without touching trim or walls.

These guys did a great job! They brought the washing machine in the 2nd floor without damaging anything or complaining. The installation was quick! Just perfect!

The crew that delivered this washer and dryer had to bring these items up 3 flights of steps and intall them in a small laundry room! I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, the timeliness of the delivery and how quick and efficient they were In getting these units installed properly once they were delivered. They also took the time to make sure both units were working properly and explained how all the controls worked and proper maintenance of the machines. The installation charge was worth every penny and was overly reasonable especially considering the units had to be brought up three flights of steps on a Sunday!!

I am sooooo very happy that i purchased the delivery with install. I had moved the old stuff out the night before and cleaned extensively since my laundry is in my kitchen in my small home. When they showed up they looked at where it was going to go and the way into the home, then they went back out to the truck and pulled out the units put everything on them brought them in hooked them up and turned them on and ran through everything with me. No kidding they were here no longer than 15 minutes with loading up my old stuff which i had waiting outside. So very impressed with this service! thank you!

The installer was fast and efficient. The job was done right the first time. No mess left in the house after the install.

I had a LG washer/dryer stacked prior to this purchase. My dryer still works fine but the washer needed replacing. I purchased another LG washer. I was not told at time of purchase that they would not be able to stack the new washer with existing dryer. Now I have side by side washer/dryer. Takes up more space than I want but I'm not paying more money for someone to come stack my appliances. Other than this issue, the rest of the install went fine.

Great installation. The guys were efficient and effective.

This is review the installation of my new GE washer. It was a very, very hot day. But, the two guys that did the install were very polite and professional. Installation didn't take too long to do and they gave me a brief instruction on how to use the washer. The guys left the area clean and neat. They are an asset to your team.

Best Buy does not do its own installations on washing machines. It contracts that out. The guys who installed ours knew what they were doing. Quick in and out. No problems.
