The men who brought and installed my new washer were prompt and efficient. I was given quick overview of how to operate the new washer and questions were answered. It is a good appliance and pretty straight forward. My only complaint was that the washer is not level and vibrates. One of the techs started to adjust the leg but stopped for some reason. I will get it level soon, hopefully.

This review is about the LG - 5.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top-Load Washer with TurboWash3D Technology - Graphite Steel. It was installed correctly and I wrote a favorable review about this LG washer but after 4 months I get an error code LE which means a locked motor. I cannot update my original review so I'm doing it here instead. Yes its still under warranty but I need a washer now not weeks later so I shoved the darn thing in my shed and bought a Maytag from another dealer with a 5yr. warranty no cost to me.

This high efficiency washer cleans clothes very well, but the wash cycles are much longer than a traditional top-load washer (hour plus). It's fairly quiet, automatically senses water levels, allows for a deep water wash, which doesn't fill the tub, but I always use this setting. People giving reviews complaining about having to repeatedly push the electronic start button are pushing too hard--it only needs a light touch. Best Buy installers did a great job. Make sure to read the directions before using.

Very quick and good installation. Installers were very professional and handed the washer dryer to the basement with no scratches to walls etc. They also helped dispose the old washer dryer.

The installation went very well. There were some issues on my end but the delivery guys were able to execute the job and get it done at a reasonable time.

Kudos to Ricky. He was very friendly and professional on my install. Took extra time to answer all my questions. I didn't measure correctly and my pedestals were too tall. He recommended 7" risers instead. He showed me how to order those with a simple exchange. He was right back out the following week to install the risers. Would highly recommend.

Good value with a convenient towel bar handle. Very quiet in all cycles. Cleans great even baked on food. Holds more dishes than my last Whirl pool,wich lasted over 20 years.

Christian and his assistant called 20 minutes before arrival. Soon after, a truck pulled up and Christian and his assistant went to work: 1. Unpacking the washing machine. The washing machine has hosed already connected in the original box. Q? Why Best buy sale person required me to buy the hoses? 2. Christian and his assistant moved the washer from the truck to the designated location. They connected the hot and cold water and electricity. Ensure no water leakage. Run a short wash test. And completed the installation efficiently, timely and professionally.

I have no regrets. This does what I need in to do. Installment took less than 10 mins. The last 3 minutes was spent explaining the warranty and pointing out the features.
