They were on time, and it didn't take much out of my schedule. What you may not know is that if you have older plumbing that hasn't been used in a while, the packing or gasket in the valve for the washing machine hose bib may be loose or deteriorated, so one or two drops of water may seep out around the stem when you turn them on. Bestbuy say they will not honor their warranty. I'm pretty disappointed. I would have gone to the trouble of replacing the valves had I known ahead of time. It's a new house. It needs lots of work. One thing at a time, you know? And you MUST have a working washer. I'd recommend skipping the installation based on this. I believe it was free as an elite plus member for me...

Installers knew their business

Moved old washer and hooked up washer, washer and steam dryer. I had already purchased All materials Needed for the install. Professional and personable. They did the same job on the dryer, the pedestal and the short shot washer. ONly doing ONE review for all 4 installs

The reason I'm reviewing this product is after Geek Squad couldn't fix my clothes washer after 4 separate visits......and then on the 3rd delivery....because they brought 2 damaged replacements.....Geek Squad is not worth it!!!!
