Hook up went ok, but they did not level the machine. They made a second visit to level it so it did not shake during the spin cycle.

I had an EXCELLENT delivery experience

They called shortly in to the delivery window and showed up about 12 minutes later. They set up both the washer and dryer, gave me a tutorial on how to use them, demonstrated that they actually worked, and answered all of my questions. They also took away the old units.

Technician that came to door did not (allegedly) speak English when I insisted he wear a mask. Instead, drove away with washer. After a call to Best Buy , they returned late in evening. The second technician was very courteous and installed washer and clean a.c bed up in less than 15 minutes.

Hook up not complete
