They carried the washer into our basement down steep steps through the outside Bilco doors. The were very efficient. They made sure the machine was level and cleaned up the scraps from the box when they left. They installed the machine in about 10 minutes. I was impressed.

Informed of what to do after my washing machine has been installed. No issues with removing my old washing machine. They were pleasant and informative.
