Instillation was a breeze thanks to Best Buy. They came out on time and got everything hooked up for us with no issues.

Comes with all the parts and the directions never have to worry about hooking it up myself the workers did it for me they leveled it out perfectly still have no problems with the leveling

Both my washer and dryer were ok. Unfortunately I bought them during the COVID time where there was no so many choices to pick from. The products though arrived dented at first but Best Buy exchanged them for new ones that were perfect. I’m quite satisfied from their performance though. The service was ok too.

installed well and moved old unit to the garage for us. washer wasnt draining after they left, we had to fiddle with it a bunch to get the water to drain but now works great. they forgot some tools and had to borrow mine to complete the job which is a little unprofessional.

I recommend installation, knowledae , quick install. Nice and friendly and explained what needs to be done and recommendations.

This is incredible value for the money.It holds a huge amount of laundry and is whisper quiet. The fact that it’s Energy Star compliant is an extra bonus!!

Delivery men left large scratch and did not hook up properly.

The installation went very well. There were some issues on my end but the delivery guys were able to execute the job and get it done at a reasonable time.

The delivery and installation of my washing machine was great! The delivery gentlemen arrived before their scheduled time, however that was great as I didn't spend my entire morning in the house waiting. Within, 30 minutes the old washing machine was removed and the new one installed. I appreciated the knowledge of the delivery/installation men, while they completed the task quickly they didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. Excellent job from Sales Rep to delivery gentlemen. Thank you for the excellent experience!

Only issue was that not everything was tested during install. The washer would not fill with water for a Cold wash. We were able to figure it out by ourselves by checking that water was indeed flowing from the hot and cold line and found that the hot and cold hoses were connected incorrectly. Switched around the hose connections and all worked fine.

The 2 gentlemen who delivered and installed the washer were extremely fast and professional. It took about 10 minutes from the time they arrived to having a working machine. Machine was unpackaged at the truck, leaving no mess at the house.
