The delivery and installation was very smooth. The guys were prompt, careful, and friendly. They put the equipment where I wanted, hooked everything up and turned it on for a cycle to make sure it was all in working condition. Would highly recommend!

The team that installed my washer were great; they carried up to 2nd floor and caefully installed after removing the door to the washroom. They demonstrated the features and tested before leaving.

Polite, efficient, professional. They brought the washer up steps, through doorways and tight corners without touching trim or walls.

The installation was fast, clean and there were no leaks. The installers adjusted one front leg to stop the machine from wobbling (good) but then left it about 1/2 bubble from level and the washtub not centered in the opening (bad). I had to pull out the machine and adjust the back legs to get the washtub centered (level) after they left. Speed is good, but I more fully appreciate attention to detail.

Installation was great. My original purchase of a Samsung Washer broke after 1 month of use. I spoke to customer service and they decided to replace the machine rather than repair it. I’m using the new one now. Hopefully it will continue to work for years to come.

This is review the installation of my new GE washer. It was a very, very hot day. But, the two guys that did the install were very polite and professional. Installation didn't take too long to do and they gave me a brief instruction on how to use the washer. The guys left the area clean and neat. They are an asset to your team.

Appreciate receiving great communication prior to install, including phone contact with close ETA. Installers wore masks while in our home (not done with other deliveries inside). Impressive navigation of narrow pathway with heavy washer removal and delivery. Showed operation of washer and level status. Sadly, we are returning and replacing belt driven washer for direct drive replacement for quieter machine. Hope for the same installers with replacement.

Great service, was super helpful and I thought it was going to take forever to install but it was less than an hour! They were very careful bringing it into the house and around door ways, the main tech showed me how to use the machine correctly and offer certain maintenance tips.
