||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The two specialists from the Geek Squad arrived on time and even called 1/2 hour before arrival to make certain I was ready for their delivery. They were competent, personable, clean, efficient, and friendly. They took away my old washer and installed my new washer within minutes. Together we inspected the new washer to make certain that it met with my approval then they proceeded to show me how it functioned. We ran a test cycle which is recommended by the manufacturer and they checked their installation for leaks. It was a great experience and I would welcome these professionals into my home anytime.

Wobbly washer on pedestal

It took about 10 minutes from the time they arrived to having a working machine. Machine was unpackaged at the truck, leaving no mess at the house.

Serves a purpose

In the beginning they wouldn't do the install because my cabinets were too low. They were not. I moved them 3" even though I had 1.5" of clearance. They requested a foot which was ridiculous. Once they came back they were quick and thorough. Friendly and made sure not to make a mess as well. Hose routing could have been a bit neater, but it works. Had to level the washer a bit more after a few uses.
