Washer and Dryer Installation.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the dryer tube vent wasn't condensed to make a direct flow. there is actually several feet of tube vent that twists and turns upon itself, that I'm sure, obstructs flow. I will have to fix this.

They arrived early but were patient while I returned from being out.

Earlier, young guys ( with a very limited experience) came but simply walked away by saying the closet is too small for side by side units. It took us a month before getting a re-delivery. These two individuals did a fantasstic job installing, connecting vents, water connections and conducting test runs. highly satisfied.

Installers did a great job.

They used a 3rd party company to do the install. The two installers were clean and fast. They both knew what they were doing and did an excellent job of installing and removing the old units. It’s great deal to get the TotalTech warranty as this includes the delivery, installation parts, haul away and a 2year warranty.
