Very professional and offered to set up a time and day later on to install once my maintenance manager was able to replace our pipes

Disappointed

It's part of the setup. I wasn't home at delivery. I did speak to someone because they were unable to hook up my dryer which was not a problem. That actually worked in my favor. The person who hooked up my dryer balanced the washer & dryer. I only gave 2 stars because the appliances were delivered in good shape. If I ever get a major appliance again from Best Buy I'll make sure I'm available to oversee the installation. That's pretty bad because it should be done properly, no matter what!

They were quick, and they went over the basics of the machine's operation. They did, however, seem in a bit of a hurry, and I think they could have been a bit more informative for this old man's apprehensions about a rather sophisticated washer.

However, I was expecting an advance call to let me know when exactly they would arrive, but didn't receive the call for some reason. Wasn't a problem though because I was home waiting for them to arrive.
