Delivery was timely and installation was quick and efficient!

My machine was installed correctly and promptly, but I was rushed through the checklist of things they did without actually being able to verify the work. I would have preferred Best Buy employees than a 3rd party company.

Delivery crew arrived on time. They removed my old washer, installed the new one and hooked up everything. Bonus points for pointing out a small cosmetic ding on the side which I would have never noticed, they suggested I call BB to discuss options. I was offered a partial credit by the delivery service no questions asked. Very happy overall and would use BB delivery again.

The two gentlemen that installed my washer were great. It was pouring rain and my yard was flooded, my door had to be removed to get it in the house...and the washer was very heavy. They had to carry it in. They installed it, ran it through a test cycle and showed us all the features and how they worked. They answered all our questions and cleaned up after..

The technicians called me before their coming and arrived on time. They were polite and answered questions. They installed the new washing machine and took out the old one. But they had a big trouble to take out the shipping bolts, it took them at least 15 minutes. Finally they used a big force to take the bolts out. I don't know whether Samsung makes such stupid bolts or there is a smart way to get them out as shown online. Also they should leave the shipping bolts to the user for possible future moving, as I read the owner' manual later. It may cause a big problem in future if I move with the machine. Finally, they should leave all unused parts coming with the washer to the user, such as hose guide, etc., unless the user doesn't want them.
