The old unit was a stacked combo which was extremely heavy and they had to go down stairs. No problem with their lifting straps etc. They didn't scratch our new hardwood floors and were done in under 30 minutes. Best buy has never disappointed with their installation services!

They tried to short cut the installation.

They did end up using the proper materials for leveling the machine in the end.

Neat up to date washer

It appears to be saving on both water and soap along with doing a great job washing the clothes. This is the first front loading washer I have had, so far I am very happy I made the purchase.
