Excellent machine with many features. Quiet machine with excellent results

Installers were excellent putting new washer and dryer in a tight-fit space. Don't know why homebuilders make such small laundry rooms or why the washer and dryers have become so large.

The company used for installation sucked. They called me while I was making finishing touches to make removal and installation easier. I called back after missing the call. No answer. I was well within the 15 minute window. However, I did receive a text asking about my gate code. I texed it to the technician's cellphone and waited. About 10 minutes pass still no delivery personnel. So I decided to call the number back. They answered and all I heard were directions from their GPS. Then they hung up on me. I called back and they kept ignoring my calls. They could not have possibly been past 10 miles from my house and decided to blow me off instead. I had to wait until normal operating hours for Bestbuy to open and get ahold of someone. At the end of the day I was without a washer for just over two weeks. When they finally did come back for the second appointment one technician was respectful and the other was other than respectful. Instead of them hooking up my washer I decided to do it myself to have them get out of my house. I couldn't have made things much easier for these guys, the lack of respect shown from the start help me decide to not have these guys in my house longer than I needed them. Installation is supper easy and the best part is I was able to use my existing pedestal. I just had to cut out a small section of the existing plastic spacer.

It wasn't installed because we put it up on a homemade pedestal and they're not allowed to do it for liability reasons but the removed everything and told me how to adjust and level. This third part delivery company cared.

The delivery crew came on time and installed the washing machine promptly. The machine was tested and I was shown basic operating features. I had purchased new stainless steel hoses, but already had a pair from the old washing machine. The deliveryman said I really did not need them and he would return the hoses and refund me the price. He did it the same day. Kudos!

Best buy set it up for me, guys were in and out within 15 mins.
