The instal for my washer and dryer was top notch. I was Leary at first buying from big box store but I had bought locally and had such a bad experience I sent everything back and went to Beat Buy. Do not regret it. Handled all products in my house like professionals.

Two guys came and delivered the washer and installed it. The were fast, efficient and very nice.

The deliverers installed our washing machine about 3 weeks ago. The installation was quick and done correctly and they even left us some sample detergent.

For the most part, the Geek Squad did a great job of removing our old washer and installing the new one where I wanted it. The squad was efficient, clean and thorough except for the lack of complete user instructions for someone they knew was new to a front-loader. They were too perfunctory. They were friendly and arrived on time.

Two installers arrived at my home within the agreed upon time to set up my new LG washer and electric dryer. I purchased the LG front load washer with the sidekick washer underneath. They were able to bring both items up to my second floor apartment and attach them together quickly. They were able to use the hoses I'd purchased to hook the washer to the water supply. We were able to run a short cycle and one of the installers explained all the functions to me prior to leaving. Great experience and I have not had any trouble with this washing machine since the install (only about 3 weeks ago).

Really easy quick install. The only thing is that there was some kind of miscommunication. They sent an install tech instead of a service tech. Delayed my prob. For a couple of weeks

The Geek Squad came in and installed a new Whirlpool washer, as well as removing the previous one I owned. They arrived on time, came in and looked at the old one, then got their gear and took it out and replaced it with the new one. They hooked it up quickly and ran a quick test and showed me a few basics on operation. I also appreciated the fact that I overheard them saying as I came to open the door "make sure you wipe your feet" as it was slightly raining during delivery and I have carpet. The entire process took less than 30 minutes to complete. Kudos!

Great washer. No issues so far. I like it automatically senses when tub is dirty and switches to clean cycle.
