installation was quick I had to go for work told him I have 15 minutes and he did it in 10 minutes what else I need great service and also it was heavy rain thank you ...

Showed up early after calling to request early showing. Removed and installed new without hitting the walls or door frames. Was surprised I wasnt asked about specific location in the laundry room - I did want it moved over from where the old one was located and they did not have the tools to remove the old pedestal from the old washing machine on hand - even though they seemed familiar with the problem and even knew the size of the socket needed...

I like this washing machine. It is my first washer without an agitator. Pretty nice product. Works good and is not noisey.

These guys did a great job! They brought the washing machine in the 2nd floor without damaging anything or complaining. The installation was quick! Just perfect!

The machine works great, a bit noisy, but very reasonable, and the delivery and install was quick and communicative. They arrived early but were patient while I returned from being out.

The installation process went very well. I was kept apprised of the delivery window, was contacted when they were on their way, and they arrived promptly. The team was professional and friendly, and made sure the washer was installed properly, ran a test cycle, and checked that I understood how to use it. They asked if I had any questions. I was very comfortable with them in my home, and would be happy to utilize this service again.

The installation was done with care. It was very neatly done. There was no damage to anything and it was done quickly.

I am sooooo very happy that i purchased the delivery with install. I had moved the old stuff out the night before and cleaned extensively since my laundry is in my kitchen in my small home. When they showed up they looked at where it was going to go and the way into the home, then they went back out to the truck and pulled out the units put everything on them brought them in hooked them up and turned them on and ran through everything with me. No kidding they were here no longer than 15 minutes with loading up my old stuff which i had waiting outside. So very impressed with this service! thank you!

The installers called the day before to set a time window. Showed up on time and were extremely friendly and professional. Very quick install.

The crew that delivered this washer and dryer had to bring these items up 3 flights of steps and intall them in a small laundry room! I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, the timeliness of the delivery and how quick and efficient they were In getting these units installed properly once they were delivered. They also took the time to make sure both units were working properly and explained how all the controls worked and proper maintenance of the machines. The installation charge was worth every penny and was overly reasonable especially considering the units had to be brought up three flights of steps on a Sunday!!

The original installation date was delayed for 3 weeks so minus 3 stars for best buy! The 5 stars is for installation agents - they were suppose to deliver the stacking kit only but when they knew that the machine has been sitting for a long time, they installed it at the same time-it was not on their schedule but they did it anyway even if it was very late in the afternoon!!! They really took their time to ensure it was installed correctly and even gave a brief instruction on first time use of the machine!!
