Our units were delivered late evening. The crew was courteous and careful moving the old units out and the new units in. However the supply lines were left tangles and there was a slight leak on one line to the washer. I found that no plumbers tape was used in the installation. The installer also took the option not to install the new drier vent kit since it didn't fit the available area (although it could have with some adjustments). However they also didn't properly secure the old vent connection so it popped off after a few uses and had to be reconnected and secured. I don't fault them however since they still had 2 deliveries of 10 to go after mine. I would still recommend the installation, but caution you on what to expect.

The two gentlemen that installed the washer were awesome. They explained everything they were doing and even attempted to save the pedestal from my prior side load washer from Sears but because it was so old they could not but were kind enough to try.

Timely, competent, knowledgeable and fast install! Just verify the dishwasher is plug in or hard wired as it will cost you more for one or the other depending which one it is replacing

The technician was very good and knowledgeable about his job. That is a refreshing sight. Most technicians don’t know much except just dropping the product off and moving on to the next customer. Very friendly and helpful. I would use Best Buy again for all my deliveries.

The install was quick and the service men demonstrated and gave me a tutorial on how to work the washer and where all the special features were located.
