Who can't tell hot from cold?!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Delivery people hooked the hot water hose to the cold water intake on the washer! And hooked the cold water hose to the hot water intake. Then to top it off, did not even turn on the cold water at the wall. Not easy for a couple of 72 year olds to pull out the machine and reverse the hoses. Luckily only had washed some towels because it was hot wash and hot rinse. Very unacceptable!
