Great washing machine install

They did a great job of explaining the features of the machine and cleaned up before they left. Great job.

As best buy uses third-party delivery, you never know whom. Based on the four teams I've experienced in the last two weeks, two of them were okay, one tried to convince me to accept damaged items and the final one was great. This was by XPO Delivery. The two guys were good and installing the washer. They, however, did not make sure the washer was level but took the effort to make sure the washer and dryer lined up and were in the center of the space.

I also got to see two sets of installers due to warehouse mixups so I got to see more of them than most and they were still great. The bad? Only the dryer made the first trip though I ordered over 45 days in advance. Washer was supposed to come in three more days. It was a week. Hoses were lost, but they upgraded my hoses with no issue. Washer once installed was great, communication leading up to delivery was not good at all with calls saying it was coming, calls confirming it was on its way, then calls saying oops, no it is not. Frustrating, but once here all is good. Again the actual delivery people were great and I do not blame them at all.

Tech install

They connected all the hoses and ran a cycle to make sure no leaks. They removed my old washer. I would recommend these guys do your install.

Excellent Installation

They were a perfect team. They removed the old unit and then brought in the new washer, making all necessary connections. They explained what they were doing, answered all questions and then left for their next appointment. These two Professionals are a big PLUS for Best Buy.
