My Installers were Rock Stars

I did not pay for the hoses from the store so they were not supposed to do hook ups. I did purchase new metal braided hoses (have a steam dryer so need special setup) and they hooked everything up for me and tested. Thanks guys.

Get someone else to install

When I had to return and exchange the washer, the second guy said he could not turn water off to do the exchange but husband came home and turned water off no problem. The installer told me to get a plumber out and have the valve replaced. Could have spent $300 on that if I had listened to him. And I'm now having to reschedule the return/exchange and frustrated beyond belief because it's not like they just come out the next day. It's an entire week every time something doesn't work. I'm so done with Best Buy's Geek Squad installers.

I always want to give people five stars, but I just can't here. The installers from Best Buy were professional, they were nice, and they were apologetic. That means they had something to be apologetic about. The equipment they brought to install the dryer DID NOT work for our tight, relatively small laundry room. NOTE to Best Buy ... your installers need to come equipped with out-vents for both large and small spaces. Our dryer works in our laundry room, but I had to do the install myself since the wrong equipment was brought. Best Buy, I love your store. Please make sure your installers are equipped for EVERY JOB so that your customers don't have to finish an install started by someone else.
