Nonchalant is the best I can say
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The delivery here, despite my warning of threshold obstacle, did not go smoothly. They left the machine in the cellar center hall and I had to have a couple of local guys hoist it (and the old machine) over the 2.5' threshold. When the Geek crew returned to pick up the old machine they seemed almost indignant that I asked them to check the level of the installed machine. Using my level, they attempted to raise it but didn't get it level. Afterward, I got some shims and finished the job. They at least did get the old machine out...of the center hall. Not a good experience.

They were later than expected but that seemed to be due to unforeseen scheduling. It arrived on the day l expected and it came right when l needed it not weeks or months after l ordered it. It was a good experience. The delivery people were very efficient.
