The washer installation went fairly smoothly. It was the dryer install that posed some issues. Even though we ordered a side vent unit - at first it was shipped without the side vent adaptor kit. Then when the kit arrived, the installers were not side vent installers. The second go around the same thing happened. And I can see why the side vent install process was quite a process. The unit had to be disassembled and the kit installed and then reassembled. All this before the dryer could be installed.

My washing machine broke and I had to get another one soon I walked into Best Buy and described to them what I wanted and what kind of budget I add the sales clerk was awesome she showed me all the different things in my price range within the week I had it at my house delivered and setup

The salesman at the BestBuy store was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and great to work with. We purchased the washer machine and they delivered it and installed it. Well we tried it for the first time and water leaked out all over my house so tbe machine was defective. So we could not use it. So i called right away and they had to schedule an appointment to replace it and that took over a week. Then we get an email confirmation and a phone call saying they will be at our house to replace the washer. So we waited, took time off of work and no one showed up. No phone call nothing! That us terrible service to me. Then an hour later i get an Email saying to schedule an appointment to have my item delivered. That was not acceptable. I called in and no one had and answer and the girl was nice and told me i would get a discount off and she was going to reimburse my credit card but nothing happened. I received no discount. Nothing that i was promised. I also talked to another gentleman after that and he sai they were also going to email me a gift card. Did not get that either. After finally making another appointment 2 weeks later the new washer showed up andd is working great. I am still waiting for what i was promised.
