Within less than twenty minutes both my old washer and dryer had been removed and put on the truck and my new ones installed and ready to go. They even gave me a brief rundown on all the settings and how to ensure to keep the washer smelling fresh. Very happy with the results.

The installers were very efficient. My only complaint was my window for install was 7-1. They arrived at 5 p.m. not really their fault but the scheduling system was obviously broke that day.

I was under the understanding that when they installed the washer and dryer they were to stay until the job was complete not to just set them and leave. My husband had to hook up water lines, etc.

Samsung may "guarantee fit", but they have a few quirks that will require custom work. Check to see where your cord placement is compared to your old one... may be an issue. Plus the older the old machine is, the more work this will require due to changes in standards. Was very happy that these installers knew their stuff and did good work.

The installers went above and beyond, providing the necessary hoses which the salesperson neglected to tell me about. They were prompt, professional, very helpful and considerate, and made sure not to damage/scratch my floors or walls, and placed the appliances exactly where I wanted.
