The delivery personnel were very respectful and pleasant when they delivered my large capacity washing machine. They did not do the scheduling but it seems my deliveries from anyone on any product is always the last delivery of the day as was this one. It was dark when they arrived and the garage light wasn't working for some reason and I kept hitting garage door opener continously so they had sufficient lightning. They finished installation and left after I thanked them and gave them parting gifts of cold bottled water. Two days later I put a large load of linens, etc. in and it was an approx. 90 minute cycle. A couple hours later I went out to load the dryer and as I stepped down into the garage I was standing in water..suds and water covered the floor. I had been sorting items for a yard sale including electronics and other items that don't do well standing in water. It was a nasty mess to clean up and evidently a small section of rubber on the bottom of garage door allowed the water flow to swish out through the crack and quite a bit of leaf and dirt flowed back in from flower beds adjoining that end of garage. There was a lot of water on my floor and after looking and trying to figure out why I found the problem. The stainless connections to the water source were fine BUT...the drain house was still attached to the back of the machine..it had not been taken off and inserted in the wall drain outlet. I tried for 3 days to contact Cindy in apiances to inform her about the issue and I was repeatedly put on hold which led to frustration after 30 minutes or more of hold time every time. The times I continued holding I would get disconnected. I never got through to Cindy for information and advice because I never reached a human being.
