they were very careful carrying the old ones out and the new ones in. They removed the doors to get the needed width. They did not scratch or chip any of the woodwork. They checked multiple times until the washer was level. Any mess caused by the installation process was cleaned up.

ATTANTETIVE, CAREFUL INSTALLATION, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The installer did a great job swapping out my dented washer for a brand new one. I was nervous because the floors are brand new. They took extra care without me even mentioning it. It was a relief.

While the gentlemen who delivered my washer were nice enough. They couldn't have been in more of a hurry to get done and move on to their next delivery. I asked if they leveled the washer and was told they are pre-leveled at the manufacturer and they wrapped up as quickly as possible. But was the location of the installation level? It was NOT LEVEL as installed. The answer is, I leveled the washer myself after they made a hasty exit to the next delivery. This is delivery and hook-up, NOT "Professional Installation". Don't expect much more than delivery and hook up.

1st washer was DOA. Took 2 days ro get a 2nd one and it seems to be OK. Old washer was same make (LG) and lasted over ten years with only one major (warrantee) repair.

Notified and delivered on time. Seems the Washing installation was outsourced? Delivery was early in morning, was told could not fit my old washer on truck. Finally did.

The guys were great, knew what they were doing. Polite.

Installed a dryer -- very nice and professional, but when they moved the dryer back, the tubing got all dented. I got someone to cut off the dented parts, but we should have checked that before they left.

My girlfriend said installation guys were nice, they came and dropped the washer no problem, but they because they couldn't get the water lines off the old washer they left it in the living room. Once the pipes were replaced they came back and hooked it up, girlfriend said they were nice again but they did it so fast that the lines were left loose behind the machine, resulting in rock concert drum level noise whenever the washer was used. Donal at PHS was super helpful in getting them out a 3rd time to do it correctly, nice guys, this time I was there to watch and it was tied up good to reduce the sound. I would recommend it because it's the only way the warranty stays in effect.
