Jose and his helper did an excellent job removing the old machine, installing, testing and demonstrating the new LG washer. Very thorough, making sure I was satisfied before departure. They were timely, worked at a good pace, but moved respectful of all property in a tight space. The office fell down on their end as far as calling in advance.

The guys who delivered my washer and dryer and installed them were terrific. They arrived ontime, were super helpful and cooperative, allowed me time to clean the space after they removed the old washer and dryer before installing the new ones, and moved the old ones to the exact spot in my garage where I asked them to. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and were friendly and unconcerned about my dog. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Unfortunately our washer and dryer cabinet room is quite small. Even I have problems moving around in there. When the delivery and installation team showed up they went to work and while it took quite a while to shoehorn in our new washer they got the job done properly and professionally. Can't ask for more than that!

Great washer. No issues so far. I like it automatically senses when tub is dirty and switches to clean cycle.

Machine is quiet. Large capacity for large loads. Door magnet to keep the door open for air circulation after washing is a great idea.

Quick and easy install. The guys even helped hook an additional item up for our dryer that was free of charge.

Delivery was punctual and professional. He was polite and hooked up the washer without any issues. My faucet connection was old, so it started to drip, but that's not on them. He offered to haul away all the packaging from the washer which was nice, but I neglected to ask if there were instructions or extra parts included. I assumed not. After a couple months, no issues.

Installation was done neatly and quickly. Team was courteous and arrived during the time indicated.
