2nd attempt was Excellent

Professional and effective. Overall, previous Best Buy installers for our many purchases over the years have been excellent !!! We presume the 1st set of installers have had a come to Jesus moment or are currently job hunting.

Okay delivery/setup

However, I was promised a call before they showed up and did not receive one. Not that big of a deal, just had to race to get my dog settled away before they came in. My biggest problem is that they attached the hot water to the cold intake and vice versa. If my output line hadn't been broken on the hot water valve I'm sure I wouldn't have noticed until something bad happened. I had to replace the valve myself the next day and caught the mix up before I used it. Other than that they were great, beats having to remove and install completely yourself. my advice is to use them but check the lines before first use.

Knowledgeable Technician

I have an old house with not your aveage water hook ups. He knew exactly what needed to be done to not only get it hooked up correctly but also to ensure the waranty was not voided in any way.
