The installation went great but unfortunately, they scratched up the top front of the brand new washer. That was disappointing but Best Buy compensated me for the damage was really good customer service.

Installation was refused until I replaced hot/cold water valves (they were old, but working, and in fairness, Best Buy had warned about requiring uncorroded valves.) Got a quick reinstall date after replacing valves, but the driver did not show up and called late (7:00 in the evening for a noon-4:00 appointment), begged off coming that evening, and promised to schedule me for the next day, but did not follow through. Had to call in myself the next day, and waited another 5 days for install. During the install, the unopened pedestal came out of the box bent, but we accepted it "as is" due to having already waited so long. The install guys did a great job when it finally happened.

We had to get a replacement washer for the one we ordered bc it would turn on in the middle of the night! yikes. So the geek squad came out to reinstall a new one and so far so good. They were calm and patient and used disinfectant wipes and were Covid safe. Thank you

Well although I have only used the machine a couple of times it seems to be cleaning the clothes. It is odd to watch. It seems like there is never enough water in the machine to clean anything. But when it's done everything seems to be clean.

I wish this option had a place for the liquid detergent. Has spot for softner, but I have to stop the cycle after water fills to add liquid detergent. I will adjust and use pods from now on. It is great for the price I needed

The two men who delivered and installed the washer were careful, polite and professional. They made sure the washer was working properly and and answered all my questions and demonstrated how to use it before they left.

Professional installation from professional installers. They were very courteous and kind. Also didn’t damage equipment or my walls :)

Things got set up properly, but the installers left in such a hurry that we later found out that the dryer was not leveled and the door swung open. On a call back, the Geek Squad fixed this.
