The team was professional and great to work with. When hooking up the washer hose they accidentally broke the fossette but that was due to old brittle piping that probably should have been replaced before they got there. They weren't over tightening the hose or anything like that when it broke. I was able to get it replaced in a few minutes and they came back and finished the job and cleaned up. Great guys!

The delivery was on time, they were in a hurry. When I asked a question they told me to look in the owners manual. After they left I noticed the drain hose was not all the way into the drain, I'm glad I saw it because it would have flooded the laundry room. I got the hose in the drain easily.
