Took old washer and had no problems! Great service

Installers were on time and were very professional and courteous. They made sure to go over the machine settings with us and asked if we had any questions before they left.

We purchased the 4.3 cu Samsung washer with installation. The technicians were friendly, helpful and were very familiar with the product. They went through a testing procedure and explained everything as they went.

During installation, some tests were run. When I actually wanted to use the washing machine it tripped my faulty outlet. Would have been nice to catch that earlier, but probably is unlikely to happen for most people.

I'm glad they sent two guys...one didn't have a clue and had to borrow my channel locks. (Borrowed tools from a woman - I loved it!) The other guy came in and everything went great.

Very quick and efficient. My basement is older with slightly uneven ground and they were able to level everything perfectly. I was given a quick demonstration of the machine after it was installed. They were in and out in 20 minutes.

Delivery and washer install went smoothly. The drivers notified me and let me know when they were arriving. They brought the units up many stairs flawlessly! I highly recommend purchasing items from Best Buy!

Love the new washer. Never buying another brand that is not whirlpool. My lg kept breaking apart and it wasnt that old 5yrs. They dont make them how they used to. Too flimsy, you really have to stick to a well known brand that has been on the market for yrs. Installations was a breeze.

I bought GE washing machine It has a very high noise when spinning fast and it vibrate I had to return 2 times

Best Buy did an amazing job from the day we purchased until it was installed and running. They were very accomodating while we tried to find the best day and time over the weekend to have the machine delivered. They sent all necessary reminders before the day, and were right on time. The installation was very efficient.

I live in a loft apartment above my garage and decided to have my appliances delivered and installed. The installation costs nothing extra, the employees were so kind and made the whole process worry free. I would absolutely plan on using these services again when I look at new appliances.

Oscar and Alfredo did a fast and efficient job installing the washer. They were nice and took the time to explain how to use the washer. No issues so far (but have only had the washer for about 3 weeks).

A Plus service. Best Buy called 4 times in the same day letting me know when they would arrive. The two gentlemen who delivers our washing machine were fabulous! They were on time and never scratched a thing. Best Buy blows Lowe’s Appliance away in customer service and delivery by 100%!!!!!

The washer is good but I’ve had to rewash some things b/c they weren’t clean enough for me. The delivery service was exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The installers were pleasant and professional but they didn’t make sure the washer was level and failed to secure the drain hose properly according to the washer instructions
