The installers were fantastic! They were courteous, professional, and demonstrated how to use the washing machine in a very simple manner. We were very pleased.

I would highly recommend having them deliver and install. Phil and Andrew did an excellent job!! I have had both of them at different deliveries as well. They are both top notch gentlemen! They explain everything and make sure everything is set up and working to your preferences. Thanks to them, I keep using Best Buy.

Quick installation and Very courteous and on time

Very pleased with the Best Buy installation service. We'd sold our machines so nothing needed to be hauled away, but the reps were careful and hooked everything up with no problems at all. I think they were in and out in maybe fifteen minutes. Twenty tops. Appreciated the great service.

I had a problem with the first machine delivered and Best Buy got me a replacement right away.

The men who delivered our washer were nice, prompt and informative. They had to bring it up a few steps then down about 10 into our basement and hauled out 2 old ones. The hooked it up good and went over how the washer works, things to look for and care of the washer. I would have them do install again.

Installation was delayed due to missing part, Phone reps where helpful but the delivery team saved the day.

They did a great job installing my new washer and making sure everything was working before leaving. They even took away my old washer. My laundry room is on the second floor but the two workers made the job of carrying the appliances up and down the stairs look easy. Very professional.

Make sure you get all the pieces for a washer install. The hoses don’t come with it and they don’t ever remind you of that when you purchase the washer.

The install guy was nice but didn't level the machine right. He just grabbed the edges and gave it a wiglle and said "There, that's level".? I leveled it myself after he left.

Getting the washer delivered was a nightmare! However, the two men who eventually delivered my washer was courteous and efficiently installed my new washer.

I was pleased with how quickly the folks from Best Buy installed the washer and dryer. They are a very conscientious and kind crew. They ran the initial cycles on both the washer and dryer and gave me some quick instruction. I'd recommend making your life easier by letting Best Buy take care of your installation needs!

Everything went so smoothly. Received a confirmation call once they were close. Offered to demo. features. Didn't need too much assistance... been using a washer for many many years nows. Took old washer with ... glad that one's gone!
