I can’t believe how quickly these guys did the install. Because we also have the Tech membership, they took away the old machine, which included bringing it up from the basement. They were in and out in 10 minutes.

The installers were on time, kept me informed throughout the whole process, and practice exceptional customer service.

The installation was a little bit tricky due the location and laundry room size. The installers did an awesome job to make it work! Thanks guys!

I am having a hard time adjusting to these new washing machines after using the standard agitator washing machine for 50 years. Seems to clean clothes well and spins them quite dry before putting in the washor.

The crew thought that they might have a problem installing this washer on the existing pedestal, but everything fit perfectly, and the installation was easy in the end.

My Delivery took place during the pre-determined delivery time frame. The washing machine was installed not the second floor. They carried it upstairs beautiful. No issues there at all. Also, please note that I am pleased with the end result. Nevertheless, there are a couple things I wish they would have told me. When installing the machine, it was set down on the tile. Rather than pushing it back -or lifting and pushing it back- the installer sprayed the floor with windex. (He asked for it and I did give it to him; however, I thought he was going to use it to remove some spot that I didn't see. Nope. It was to help it slide on the floor better.) I would have preferred that if he needed something like that, that either the other gentlemen help... or, ask for a spray bottle of water. While they removed the old washer, I swept and washed the floor. Now, I wonder if it will be sticky under there..... Also, even though we had the shut off turned off (as instructed by Best Buy) and I told him that the shut off was turned off, one of the two delivery men turned off my hot water heater. While handy, I was not able to relight it....so, that was two days without hot water in the upstairs bathroom/shower. Had he mentioned the mistake, it could have been taken care of on delivery day. Lastly, I don't know why the installer didn't notice that there was no water input to the washer when he explained the controls and then turned it on. In hindsight, I wonder if he realized the mistake that was made in turning off the hot water heater because he was quick to get me to sign and leave my home. The installers were polite and careful with the transport of the old and new washer. I just wish the installation would have gone smoother. I would still recommend this to a friend -because really, how many of us could install a washer on the second floor of a home? However, I would tell them that they need to watch what the installers did carefully so that they didn't have the same issues that I did.

Quick but attitude was a bit short.there were two guys that came out. The lead guy was amazing.

We had an incredibly small space to work in for getting the machine in and out and even installing it! But those 2 guys worked together like hand in glove. It was a great experience and we had no complaints not a one. If I could give 10 stars I would, very professional, timely and knowledgeable.

The people who installed the washer and dryer were professional, efficient and quick. Let them do the work and relax.

The guys where fast professional and fast I liked how they asked me where I wanted to put it and set it nicely for me

The guys who came to install were the real deal walked me through startup and all the new features on my machine. Greatly appreciated!

Great delivery guys and they made us laugh while installing all our items!! You may have bad experience with overall ordering but please don’t blame everyone cause the 2 delivery guys made up for everyone who really made it bad experience

The installers provided by Best Buy were fast, courteous and efficient. There were no complaints about having to install it upstairs and they were careful not to scratch the walls or rails taking it upstairs.

The installation crew did a good job. The two of them were able to take out the old washing machine and then bring in and install the new one with minimal time. They were helpful and courteous.

The guys from Best Buy were terrific. They appreciated the prep work I did then proceeded to hook me up and level off the washing machine. Walked me through operating the machine and left his phone number if I had issues or questions. It was nice having good guys to provide the service.

We recently purchased a new washer and dryer and had Best Buy do the delivery and install. They came on time and carefully brought the machines into the laundry room. They hooked up the hoses and drain pipe and carefully lined up the washer with the dryer. We are happy with their work!

The installation crew was great. However there was a big dent in the side of the washer when it arrived and the driver said he noted it. I was expecting to be contacted about partial refund due to the damage. Have not heard anything yet.

Great job! The installers arrived on time, worked smoothly and expertly, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. A very pleasant experience.

Wht a problem from the beginning with scheduling my appointment to having them come back.bad customer service .I paid for parts to only find out they couldn't install my washer.delivery men didn't seem concern at all

They came when they said they would, worked efficiently, showed us a few things about the washer. Overall, easy and fine.
