I had a knowledgeable team who knew exactly what they were doing. They worked well together, they tested the washer after the install to make sure everything was working correctly, & wanted to make sure I was satisfied before they left.

The best buy staff did a great job with the installation. They came on time and let us know before they arrive about the installation visit.

Arrived on time. Fast install. No issues except I didn’t get my manual and there was no way to contact them to check the truck. I verified through manufacturer that a manual does come with it. I called Best Buy after the installers left and they said there was no way to contact them. Which I find odd and still don’t believe that. Would be 5 stars if not for that incident.

The first installation was rushed. Nothing was secured and lines weren’t tied. The men were rude and clumsy, knocking into things and acting like they were doing me a huge favor. The machine rocked violently and was deemed defective a week later. The second team of installers were the complete opposite of the first. They were friendly, careful and took their time!

Installer did a very good job. Discounted their policy is not to use my existing new hoses. Had to buy their $38 overpriced hoses.

The installers worked quickly and efficiently and didn't damage any door frames or walls, which was impressive since they didn't have a lot of clearance in spots on the way in and to the laundry room. They tested out the machine before leaving. The cost of having Best Buy deliver and install the washer was a bargain -- no way we could have done this ourselves.

Best Buy uses a third party delivery company to deliver the washing machine. They used care when preparing the machine for install. A quick test was performed prior to leaving to confirm the washing machine was in working order.

The delivery tram was prompt with our appliances. They were on and out in no time with no mishaps. Very polite and courteous.

Service person was very respectful and friendly. He connected the unit in little time and after multiple uses works great. Kudos to the delivery and installation team!
