Great washing machine! Easy to set up/determine wash cycle. Wash cycle is very quiet. The spin cycle is very effective. Most things do not need to be dried in a dryer - which will save electricity costs - just air dry for a few hours. Notification "tune" when wash cycle is done is easy on the ears.

Two people came and did the installation. They were really professional and kind. They took the time and explain how to return a part that I mistakenly ordered. When they were done, I asked if the washer was leveled; they said it was. But after they left, my wife noticed it was a little off, which it was easily fixed.

When you have kind, knowledgabe individuals come into your home and diplay high levels of professionalism, you cant hep but commend the company that recognizes their talent. Great job!

I'm going to preface this with the fact that I realize there's still a global pandemic and labor shortages, so this is not a complaint per se. I would like to point out some things that I wish had gone better, so Best Buy can do a better job. These guys were working really hard -- they arrived 10 minutes before 6pm, which was the very end of the window and from the sounds of things, they weren't done for the day. They had to haul both old units out of the basement and bring the new ones back down and install them, which took about an hour. It almost seemed like they were the only people doing delivery for the whole area -- I hope they are getting paid decently. Onto the issues: my dryer has steam functionality, but that wasn't hooked up. The required hose kit does not include a third hose for a steam dryer, so it's definitely not the fault of the delivery guys -- this should be something that gets planned for. I ended up doing that myself. Also, the return process for unneeded items -- like the dryer duct I didn't use -- is annoying. Overall, I'm satisfied and glad I didn't have to haul this stuff myself.

The guys that delivered and installed my washer were very professional. The install was quick and everything worked great. I don't think I have ever had an appliance delivery and install that went that smoothly and stress free.

Beat Buy installation gets an A+. Had a washer go out and bought one online. They delivered and installed. Before leaving they noticed a small dent and pointed it out. Even as it was fully installed gave us option of replacing with new or if we did not want to replace provided us a gift card to compensate for the ding. Got to appreciate that everything worked great and they preempted us finding the dent after they left. Kudos to you Best Buy installation!!!!

We were amazed to see how ingeniously the delivery team carried this heavy washer with special straps. There was NO contact with our carpet or hardwood floors. The installation was performed efficiently and professionally. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I had to sweep up a fair amount of debris outside created by the way the men had broken off the styrofoam and other packing materials near the truck. Everything inside the house was good.

The new washer works very efficiently. I would definitely recommended this washer if you are constantly doing heavy loads! I had a top load washer before and it wasted a lot of water. This new Samsung front load is water efficient and takes less time to wash!
