The items were installed at a vacation home for my son. I have not used the washer and dryer myself. My son and family are happy with the set and more than pleased with the condition of their clothing after almost one year of use.

The installers who installed my washer were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful - Awesome!!! They took the time to make sure the washer was working and level. Additionally, he reviewed the washer with us.

Called to deliver early, so I met them. Went right to work. Didn't set up the washer on the pedestal and left if for the guys who delivered the dryer a week later. Other than that, no complaints. Fast, and friendly.

The team that delivered and setup the washer/dryer combo did an excellent job. They made sure everything was setup correctly, tested everything and provided basic instructions for operation. Glad I didn't try to do this myself. These pros were SO much more efficient than I would have ever been

Geek Squad delivery and installation is outstanding. I bought a refrigerator last year and thought it was a fluke how nice they were. Then, they delivered and installed my washer and dryer this year and it was even better. Definitely, the best service I have ever had in my house.

The installers were very professional and did an outstanding job when the original washer stopped working after the first use. They swapped out the old and brought in a new one and explained the process well.

I went to your store and purchased a Shark Robotic Vacuum and asked about pedestals for my washer and dryer. I had the model numbers and serial numbers with me and the dimensions of the item, which were 27" wide and 28" deep. He said that was all he needed; He only took the dimension. The items were delivered, and they were the wrong size and none were available. I was notified I would get a refund but have not received it yet.

I did not order the right part so the hose did not reach all the way. The delivery man arranged the washing machine a couple different ways but still no luck. He then explained what part I would need. He was very helpful.

The machine was delivered and installed a day after scheduled. The delivers were polite but failed to hook up the cold and hot correctly.

The installer was very helpful. We had removed a door to make it easier to get the machine in and he helped replaced it. Gave us some time to clean floor

The guys who installed my washer went above and beyond to explain everything, and program it all. Especially in these times where everything has an app associated with it.

The Geek Squad representatives took great care to install stacking brackets then hooking up my washing machine using high-quality hoses. They also showed me how to use the new washer.

I have a great comparison since I purchased the fridge directly from Samsung and the washing machines from BBY. The delivery from BBY was superb, they are on time, know what they are doing and act professional.

This is the second time I've had best buy come and install a big appliance. First was a GE fridge and now washer and dryer. When the fridge came, they showed up at a decent time, however, when i realized that the fridge almost didn't fit, they were about to leave with out taking it back. they said to call again for a pick up of the fridge if it doesn't fit. Why would I call again if you're here now? This time they came with a washer and dryer, they came after their window time. The guys seemed nice but I would have liked them to install the dryer door to the proper side instead of having to do it myself.

Worth paying someone to drag out the old one, specially if a lot of steep steps! No worth getting hurt! They KNOW what they are doing, In and out pretty quick. Took the old one with them, so no need for additional headache of special pick up, wondering how I get rid of it.

The two men arrived on time and installed the washer with no problems. They tested the unit, asked me if I wanted it connected to my WiFi (I declined), and showed me how the controls work. This is the 2nd time I have had a major appliance installed by BB and they hit a home run both times.

Nice and professional service! Called to let me know when they'd be here, arrived on time and had everything needed for hookup. Showed me how to use the machine, check filter, made sure it worked. Very kind guys.

Pilot Freight Services arrived when they said. They supplied fast installation but they did damage my washer on the side.

They guys that came were friendly, quick and efficient. They came in with masks and kept me informed of what they were doing and had recommendations as to placement and the hose and connections. I would utilize this service again.

The first washer arrived damaged and was sent back. A new one was ordered, but the installation was not updated on the paperwork. The delivery men tried to convince my kids that they were only scheduled to deliver the washer and it would cost them $15 to install it. After a very helpful call to the store manager, the installation was scheduled with no fee. However, there was an issue with the faucets and I had to call a plumber before the washer was finally installed. For my trouble, the haul away fee was credited to my card and I am scheduled to receive a Best Buy $50 gift card.
