The guys that came out were professional and tried to hook up dryer . They were missing part

Delivery time and date were well communicated and delivery person followed COVID-19 guidelines. I was given a short and helpful introduction to the machine.

In the beginning I had under estimated this installation service. I had no idea the washer would need to run a full cycle to program the technology system set in the machine. The installation was definitely a well needed service.

The two Best Buy emplyees who installed my LG washing machine were terrific. They were clean workers and even cleaned the immediate area when they were done. We also had nice conversation.

The installer quickly installed my new washer. He showed me the basics of operating it. I haven't had a new washer in 20 years. This one had a lot of bells and whistles. The installer treated me with a lot of respect.

Washer was installed then called factor about end of cycle chime can not hear chime was told that the ENGINERING department changed the size of speaker and no fix are in the works at this time

The Geek squad workers were very helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. The fact that they called to give me an estimate time and calling before coming, let me do my normal things and not just sit at home and wait. I really appreciate that. Thank you for an awesome experience

Large front load washer/dryer Installers were exceptional. They knew exactly how to make all connections, removed all packaging, protected my floors, tested the functionality, arrived as scheduled, and were very courteous.

Best Buy was 10 minutes early for the install....very rare nowadays. I receive a call, voicemail, text alert and app notification letting me know the Best Buy installers were o their way. GREAT Experience and would highly recommend.

Very professional did a very good job and they were very careful bringing the Items in and they wore mask which were very nice also being that the world will live in the now and that gloves on to and they kept the distance

Install went ok but the washer was not leveled. It was significantly out of level so I had to do that myself.

We were very pleased with installation service on our new LG washer. They were very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable.

The washer was installed, but installation took way longer than it should have. Our new floors were scratched and our door frame was damaged. We contacted customer service and made a claim but it's been about 2-3 months since it was submitted and we have not received any response or compensation.

I purchased the installation from Best Buy and I’m glad I did. I didn’t have to lift a finger and the installation price was great and affordable, a lot less than others I checked. Do yourself a favor and pay for convenience!

Install crew (outsourced by Best Buy) hooked up water hoses incorrectly. Called customer service but when asked to send out crew to correct the problem, earliest they offered was several weeks. Hired my own repair individual to resolve problem. (Total tech member)
