My new Washing Machine was installed and perfectly leveled. The laundry room floor is not level in our basement and our old washer used to 'walk' around the room during the spin cycles. The new hasn't moved an inch in a month of use.

The two delivery and installers were professional, friendly, quick, thorough, and helpful with the appliances operation. The stayed until they were sure the job and orientation were completed.

The delivery men were awesome, they didn't fool around, they got the old one out and placed the new one in they hooked it up , showed me all the stuff I needed to know, did a test to make sure it didn't leak, then they left. Wonderful at explaining things to me .

Tho my people who installed our washer were great they were respectful of our house and everything, they were quick and explained everything basic we would need to use our washer

The gentlemen that installed the washer and dryer were fantastic. They were on-time, professional, took great care with my house/walls, and ensured the machines were hooked up properly and securely. They stayed to ensure I knew how to use the features AND how to properly maintain it.

Promised installation on one particular day -- waited until the end of the time window. When techs arrived, they would not install because of slight corrosion on water line. Had to call a plumber, so they would agree to come back same day. The plumber came, said that the water pipes were fine, and I had to wait 4 more days for my washing machine. A false promise was made, a huge delay in delivery. The washer is fine, but the process was awful

I highly recommend this service. Installers are efficient and professional. Both Washer and Dryer was installed in under an hour. A review of the operating procedures was provided by the installers as well as a review of the accompanying owners guide. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!

No problems after the installation except for the dyer vent line. The long semi rigid kit that was purchased was too long and didn't work well for this installation. We purchsed a shorter flexible vent line and clamps. No big deal. Best Buy accepted return of the original vent kit.

Wife said I can no longer install things anymore because of my injuries sustained in the line of duty defending our great nation. I can live with that when it gets me out of stuff like this

Would have been fine but the installer did not understand English well and wanted take our nearly new dryer that he was supposed to reinstall along with the washer installation.

The service guys were right on time and very professional. They gave me a few minutes to clean out the area where my old washer was before putting the new one in its place. And they didn’t once complain about the stairs. Excellent!

The install has some loos ends, which arew, in retrospect, manageable. The entire Best Buy team performed with excellence in all aspects of the purchase, delivery and service. A Great Job! Please, ask again later for post install photo, when I'll have the wall cabinets installed.

Geek Squad Techs are very knowledgeable, very recommend for their professional work. The only issue I had was a damaged Unit but I’m glad Best Buy replaced it and it was properly installed.

The Best Buy delivery guys did an excellent job moving and installing our washer. They took care not to damage any doors or walls and asked all the right questions about how we wanted it hooked up.

When they came to install they communicated with me and showed me that the washer was working. Took them a few minutes to hook up the washer.

Best buy team provided a hassle free installation of the washing machine. Called as scheduled, no issue in locating address, and installation was done in a jiffy!

Overall, the installation went fine and the guy came on time. However, the installer put a really tight angle on the drain hose when he attached it to the drain pipe using those lockable plastic fasteners. Had we left it this way, it probably would have eventually cracked and led to water leaking on the floor perhaps a few years later. We re-attached the drain hose using the curved plastic piece that came with the washer so that the curve upon entry into the pipe is more gentle. Now the drain hose is much less likely to crack. The instruction manual shows how to use this piece.

Our delivery and install crew was the BEST! Communication before delivery was wonderful and i knew exactly when they were on their way and ETA. Once there, they were professional and courteous and friendly.

We were mostly happy with the installation of our washing machine, but it might have caused a small leak in one of the inlet valves. I heard this often happens, and it did.
