I'm really happy with my LG front loading washer. The clothes come out clean and not soaking wet, unlike my previous Samsung top loader. And I didn't need all of the fancy extras, with all of the extra controls and settings.

Good washing machine installation, no leaks, the inatallers knew what they were doing.

Professional and friendly installation. They were very careful so as to not bump into anything. Leveled the waher and went over some basic guidelines.

Good work although installation & set up was not the same for the 1st (defective washer) & 2nd washer. Not sure why, should be the same since it was the same machine, hopefully they'll be no issues.

The washer installation went very well. These guys were meticulous about checking to make sure the stairs and doors could be navigated without damage. The info that the main guy gave me after installation was very valueable.

Technicians were punctual, helpful and respectful. They were in and out within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend their service.

I reviewed the washing machine under the dryer; oops. Dryer install was perfect; washing machine install fast and efficient, only small change I wished had happened is to have coiled hoses more neatly behind machine. Not a big deal. I redid the hoses easily.

Very dissatisfied. Best Buy has had to hire subcontractors to do their installation. They no longer do their own. The people that came had NO experience at all. They came with no tools. They asked my husband if they could use his tools. Which they did. They dropped our washing machine on the stairs bringing it in our home. Which in turn damaged the side of the washer. The door was scratched from the fall. They were trying to use a hand truck to bring the machine in. But never strapped the washing machine on to the hand truck properly. So it fell off the hand truck. We were very disappointed with the entire experience.

Installation went well. Installers made sure not to scratch the Washer. Just make sure they use Teflon tape when installing the hose. Have to supply the tape

Best Buy did a great job. Get tech plan for delivery installation & free exchange if needed. Our first washer choicr didnt fit & they delivered our new one at no extra cost

Install techs showed up on time with everything they needed. Removed the old washer and replaced it with a new washing machine. no wobble when running so they actually leveled the washer on the floor

I love my Samsung washer and dryer. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking. Service was wonderful. They were very helpful and professional.

These 2 guys were great!!! They were so quick and so professional. They really knew what they were doing!!

The installation people were the best! Not only did they install it top-notch, they had excellent personalities, and even gave us a few tips on it. They followed COVID-19 protection to the T. Very impressive Best Buy!!

Even though I needed a replacement for the valve which the servicemen noticed and where right on top of it and having me call it right in they where great. Answered all my questions and gave me tips.

The men who came out to my home was pleasant and professional. They even gave me feed back on some other issues i might want to look into.
