professionally installed persons were friendly it was a very tight space to place the washer but persons were able to install it

I recommend the installation if you do not have many tools and are not install savvy with big items. We chose this as we just moved and all my tools are still packed. I had other things to work on and organize so this service was helpful

The installation was a great experience. The 2 member crew was in and out within 30 mins.

There were 2 people who came to install my humongous washer and dryers. Our laundry room is really tight and so my husband and I were afraid it will be difficult for them to put the washer and dryer in. It took them 30 minutes to carry those in and connect them.

This washer has a extremely large drum it seems to be no load is too large the deep water cycle adds more water for bulky or heavy soiled items and the end result is everything you wash comes out clean. very easy to operate and hard to mess up your washing load.

The installers were excellent showed how to use the product as well as clean the area the new washer was to be placed in.

The delivery of the new washer and dryer was flawless, along with removing the old set up and down a set of stairs. The installer was terrific!!

Everything went well except for the balancing. It' was a little off so the washing machine shook a little bit. They only check If it turns on and starts. I was able to fix it myself without a problem.

Installation went smoothly. Be sure to do your homework beforehand and measure your doorways, hallways, etc., to make sure your appliance will fit into your house to the desired location.

I think Best Buy is terrific- this time a bumpy trip. The delivery was scheduled for between 7 am-1pm. Didn't hear from driver until 140PM. The driver was unhappy about my insisting he wear a mask covering his nose. My wife asked him to point out the basics of the washing machine- he was just in a hurry to leave (we are happy with the washing machine- delivery not so happy)

The child lock does not work according to the owner's manual. When asked for someone to contact us and help us out no one will return a call.

It was great to have the Best Buy rep bringing all the parts that were purchased when the washer was , that way I didn’t go and purchase this item somewhere else and have to pay more.

The installers were knowledgeable, curtious and on time. They did a graet job with my TV and sound column.

I had purchased a washer and dryer and the install team did a great job. The location of the laundry room is located upstairs and they took real care to protect the washer and dryer, as well as my walls.

Installation went as anticipated except part necessary was not brought and service rescheduled two weeks later for 2nd appliace. Couldn't use one without the other and installed myself.

The guys who delivered and installed our LG washer and dryer were professional and efficient. They took away our old appliances and were very neat throughout the whole process. They showed us how the appliances worked and ran them through test cycles. Great service!

Management at the Murfreesboro store was excellent in resolving our issues. The on line support not so much

I was very impressed by the staff who installed my machine. I liked that they took the time to explain how to use the washer, even if I didn't understand the first time around. I was pleased to be able to save the old washer pedestal for me to use elsewhere as storage.
