They did a great job taking off all the old equipment and putting in new stainless steel lines. Cleaned up everything and made sure there were no leaks

I liked how it looks, and all the features are amazing, has different modes for every load and needs.

Delivery team arrived on a day when I could not be present. The item was being delivered to my elderly mothers home. The delivery guys were extremely nice and professional to her. They made her feel at ease and she was pleased with the entire experience.

My delivery technician was great, he installed both the washer and dryer. He brought all of the connectors; cords required to make it work. he was professional and courteous.

Great product at a reasonable price. Very pleased with it as a replacement for the old LG. The control interface is intuitively easy to use but I am not sure of the value of internet connection

We had two gentlemen hook up our washer and dryer. They were extremely polite and the guy in charge was very knowledgeable about both machines. He showed us how to work both machines and answered any questions we had. Also they made moving the washer and dryer look easy.

The installers came and got the unit in the house fairly quickly. They were a little quick and short with me, minor rub damage on the floor.

I thought I did enough research on this before I bought it. The biggest complaint is it is very loud. Not sure why but it is. I’m still trying to figure out how to turn off the steamer or if I actually can. It being a dark color if you dont have good eyes you can’t read the settings. So overall for the price I’m not as happy as I thought I would be. The installation buy Best Buy was perfect. We have used them 3 times now and I have recommended them many times.

Washer dryer are great install was a total horror show came by 2 times then geek squad came fixed issue but wouldn’t fix the sloppy installation of dryer 1 out of 5 for installation

They did not do an installation but a delivery because I was not ready for the installation. They forgot to leave the install kit they were suppose to use. they placed the washer where I wanted the unit at the time

The install was perdect, fast, the people who did it was kind and experts

My delivery was scheduled for afternoon between 1:00 & 5:00 pm so when they called at 9:30 and said they would be delivering the washer in half an hour I was just thrilled. That left my afternoon free. These two chaps that delivered the washer were professional and very polished.

Great guys that came to install. Did a tutorial of the washing machine and gave some tips on operation. Careful with removing old appliance and replacing with new appliance.

Came to our house to access why pandora was no longer working through our system. Checked out the remote, and receiver. Found that we needed an update for our receiver through Denon. We did not need to replace any equipment. Thank you geek people!
