Delivery on time, no waiting.

I did not have to wait for a full 4 hours as scheduled. They showed me how to use the preset mode and answers to my questions. Happy about the delivery.

Perfect job!

I have no problems with vibration and I believe that's because of the care upon installation.

They answered all my questions and were very polite about all of my dogs barking at them from the fence. Hooray for installers from Best Buy!!!

The hot and cold hoses were connected incorrectly. We had to find someone with the proper tools wait for their availability to come by connect the hoses properly. They took the door off but did not put it back on.

Save Your Back and your Walls

Definitely the way to go if you don't want to deal with the hassle and time of doing it yourself. Not to mention NO WALL DINGS!!

But I use less water adn detergent with this new technology adn now I really have faith in it! LOL!!!! 100% happy
