Recently warrantied my washer. As for anyone, it’s always frustrating to go through it but feel squad was always willing to help. Got another replacement scheduled fairly quick and installed

Purchase the sack for my mom says she hasn’t had a new washer and dryer for over 20 years delivery time was quick installation seemed quick only to discover that the installers put the wrong hose on the wrong water supply took me over an hour to unscrew as it was on so tight and then I had to reconnect basically made me feel like I did the install myself thankfully it was no extra charge for installation

Delivery was excellent and seamless. Will recommend to family and friends.

These guys were great. There was an issue with my plumbing. The delivery man said to get it fixed and then call him back on his personal cell and they would come complete the installation. I called when the repairs were made and he came back within about 30 minutes.

My installers were very careful and warned me of the dryer vent would not fit. I was able to buy vent kit before that installation. I moved from house to apartment with split installs. I had enough to worry about. They saved me trouble. Yeah!! Caring helps!

Install went GREAT, Kudos to Lisa at the Frisco, TX Best Buy. Lisa knows how to provide Outstanding Customer Service, she followed up, listened to me and solved the issue. GIVE HER A RAISE, SHE IS REAL ASSETT !

The installers came in, installed the washing machine. I am surprised they do not carry Teflon tape however (could not tighten one line due to it having the wrong tape on the thread).

Jordan and his coworker did an awesome job installing my washer and dryer. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend using them!

The same crew that delivered our washing machine installed it. They had all of the equipment and supplies they needed. After installation, they went over the operation and answered all my questions.

Unfortunately, it took 3 installations before we got a washer that wasn’t damaged. Each of the installers were prompt, very knowledgeable about the machine and almost as upset as me that the machines were damaged.

The delivery and installation of the washer was timely and highly professional. The people were courteous and explained everything quite well. They removed the old washer and left everything nice and clean.

The installation crew was organized and efficient.....I was washing clothes within the hour of their arrival.

Great guys installing after had to come back cause connections were not prepped correctly for them. No issues since .

Great guys! Hard working. Efficient, quick, handled difficult terrain outside and 13 steps inside, narrow doorways. Friendly, polite.

The job got done and it was well done as far as installation of my washer and dryer went. Communication and arrival times could have been better handled.

Two men were in and out in excellent time carrying the old washer out and the new washer in in their hands. One even quickly washed the floor where the old washer had been. Both very pleasant and professional.

The delivery team did a nice job installing the units. They asked me how I wanted set up. Where to place the units. They ran a test on both which ensured they were in good working order.

Although they never installed my washer, I would highly suggest that you do it yourself and be cheaper if you can.
