They did a great job installing my wash machine, they even took the old one with them.

They installed my washing machine and dryer was extremely fast and they were very professional and would definitely recommend this and they told me what I needed to do with my washing machine and dryer before actually washing my clothing in there so that the machine smell would not stick on to the clothing. I am glad they did that so I appreciate it

Had to get my washer installed twice because the first tech didn’t complete the job the first time and so went a few days not able to use my new washer. Finally got a tech who was able to help and get everything working properly and he was very professional. Would give 5 stars if it was done right the first time.

The guys who came to deliver and install our washer and dryer were very nice and helpful. Made me feel better when he said I made the right choice and that this one had far fewer issues than the more fancy machines he’d seen.

It took my service guy a while to finally find my moms place/unit, but once he did, he was in and out within an hour of arrival. And EVERYTHING worked correctly.

The delivery staff was clean, extremely polite and courteous. Old appliances were carefully removed, and new ones brought in carefully for install. Only had a couple issues with the service. Delivery staff showed up without a call before, we were expecting them, but they showed up before 8AM so it caught us off guard on a Monday. Tape was left on both the washer and dryer after install. Both my units are black stainless, so there is no reason I would want to look at white tape, especially since these units are more expensive than the white version. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but it was left under the stack mount for the dryer. Installer tried to get most of it upon my request, but there is still some there if you know what you’re looking for. Washer was slightly off level after the install which caused vibration during the spin cycle. I had to pry up the front and lower a foot, just thought this should have been part of the installation while we had easier access to the washer itself before we stacked the dryer. All and all I am happy with the service, just thought there were some things which should have taken place and didn’t.

I was very impressed with the delivery team that installed my new washer and dryer set. They were on time, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They made me feel like they really cared that I was happy with my appliances and installation. What great guys!

I was very impressed with my 2 install guys. They arrived early, were very courteous and careful and were in and out in a timely manner.

The most courteous and professional installers I have ever known. They spent a lot of time and made me quite happy with what they did. AWESOME!!!

The first crew wouldn't attempt install said the hoses were corroded and they were afraid they would break something. They said call a plumber. What it took was couple shots of WD40 and after 5 minutes and a full turn with channel locks we had that done. Second crew in and out in about 20 minutes no problems. Both crews were polite but crew 1 needed something more than they had???? It was 4 days between crews I wasn't happy and let Best Buy know that and they made it right. Happy customer again (;^)
