Purchased this 5 year geek squad service plan for my dryer. Just because you never know. I highly doubt I will even use it on my LG dryer but for me it is worth having with a big family.

All went perfect with installation except afterwards with a heavy load, it was not leveled properly. Just make certain they level it.

I'm just saying, "Geek Squad delivery guys are the best!" They had to haul my Washer up the front porch steps (9) and then to the second floor (about 15) laundry room. then they installed it and ran it to make sure nothing leaked and that it washed. Love this service!

The guys did excellant. Quick and efficient. Ran a test to make sure there were no leaks. Showed me how to use it, too. I also had pre purchased a drip tray and they gladly placed my delivered washer on it.

The team was polite and efficient in delivering and installing our new washer while also ensuring it fit into the space and was level. The first purchase and team did not do these things, however this team was great!

I love my washer it is very modern and my family loves it.

The guys did a great job. I was on third floor of my apartment building and they were in and out of here in like 20 minutes and had everything setup. Easily worth it

The first time my delivery was scheduled, the washer couldn't be installed due to aged plumbing. Everything was taken care of when they came back and it took no time at all to install. Very professional, very nice people. I was secure that they knew what they were doing.

Mostly wanted this for the haul away service since I was replacing a broken washer. Added bonus, they didn’t scrape my flooring like Lowe’s did when I had my old one delivered!

When they hooked up the new machine times two, they should have installed a 90 degree bend on the supply hose. The washer bangs and bangs up against the wall and we had to go to Home Depot and get a 90 degree bend and new lines within a week of getting the second machine. The first new machine never stopped running!

Great service as usual. I love the membership because we didn’t have to pay anything for a brand new washer since ours qualified for a replacement.

The installation department called the previous day and when they were on their way to my home. The installers were at my home the time they stated. The appliance installers were professional and friendly.

Nice delivery guys, but as this was an unusual product i.e. a washer and dryer in one they were not aware of the installation info. Quickly looked it up came up to speed and all was well

The guys who installed our washer and dryer were very courteous and prompt. They even spent some time with me after the installation to make sure I knew how to properly work the washer and how to clean it. They were able to answer all the questions I had.
