The gentlemen who delivered our appliances were nice and efficient. We didn't have them hook everything up, because there was work going on, but they put them exactly where we wanted them in the garage.

Please get it installed from the guys from Best Buy . If it doesn’t work they can haul it back to the warehouse , also they do 20 plus installs a day . My dryer and washer was installed , removed and tested within an hour .

The team that brought the 3rd washer to me was fantastic. They made sure everything worked and they made a call to get authorization to remove and take the one that didn’t work.

The service technicians were very knowledgeable, professional, and hard workers. They were masters at their craft !

They came as expected and let me know when they would be here. Also mentioned a problem that I needed to have my apartment look at. Didn’t complain about the three flights of stairs but moved quickly and efficiently and very friendly about it.

The guys that delivered my washer and dryer were great. They delivered the day after Thanksgiving. They were quick and very friendly. I'm sure they had lots of deliveries left, but they still took the time to show me how everything worked.

Very pleased with my purchase. Delivery person was unable to remove the old appliance, it’s still sitting on my back porch. They couldn’t turn it on the steps. Now what.

The installation team called ahead to confirm appointment and again to confirm timeframe. They were very professional. Took the time to properly level the machine and explain/test operation.

The two Best Buy delivery people called twice before arriving, arrived on time and went right to work. They were very professional, offered alternatives, and had a needed accessory in the truck (that we could purchase right then.) Excellent service.

Installers switched the hot and cold water. Had to pull washer out, investigate and correct. Hot and cold were clearly marked on back of washer. And we paid for this? I obviously washed COLD loads in HOT water until I figured it out. Not good.

The install went well until it was discovered they did not have the right size pliers. Spent 30 min looking through my own tools. I shouldnt be paying and using my own tools. Still mot level.

Installation personnel were great. They were on time and did a great job. I'd love to use them for other project.

Had both the washer and stacked dryer installed by Best Yet Installations - Rick H. and Joe T. - who were fantastic. Very efficient and personable.

Many issues getting this installed, original appointment they didn't bring correct order, subsequent appointment showed up at wrong address then cancelled, took several months to get eventually installed. Too many other issues to mention specifically, two stars only because it eventually was installed, other-wise only one. This was all done remotely for my 90 year old mother who had one leg amputated. Would not recommend and will not use this service in the future.

After some hiccups about the delivery, the men who delivered the washer were great. They installed the washer within 15 minutes and had it up and running.

The delivery folks worked so hard on a really hot day. The delivery is on time and fast. Although my washer was accidentally dented, but they gave me 10% off. And I wouldn't care as long as the washer is fully functional. So overall, I am pleased with it.
