The service was great. The guys came home, took my old washer out and hooked the new one up within minutes. Made sure it was running right all within 30 mins. They were very prompt with communication.

The delivery people are very professional the install the equipment. they demonstrate the functions of then. They arrived on time and gave me a call 10 minutes before arriving. they picked all the boxes and packaging from the equipment, Great Job

We had a few items that didn’t maybe fit for our install , the mechanics made it work by using parts out of their truck , they got the job done for us . They didn’t have to do that they were just hard workers .

Best Buys delivery and haul away services were great and we have tight corners and narrow staircase to the basement where the laundry room resides. Best Buy DOES NOT HAVE TRAINED INSTALLERS!! There are so many complaints about installation nightmares on customer reviews and we also had our own unacceptable experience installing our new stacked washer and dryer. They crushed the dryer vent so badly we had to go to Home Depot to purchase a new vent and my spouse installed it. we started the washer to find that the syrofoam block restricting the drum movement in transit was not removed. The only way to remove it is to unstack the machines and tip the washer forward to reach it. Best Buy did offer to send the crew back out to fix the issues, but by that time we were so frustrated that we decided to do it ourselves. Installation (free no less) is a great competitive edge, but if you are consistently failing at it it is not going to keep customers.

I was a little leery about having someone deliver my washing machine in case they dented something but everything turned out perfectly and it was over in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Replaced a 10 year old Samsung washer. The quality of the door edges is rough and you may scratch yourself, otherwise no problems so far.

They were very nice and got it installed quickly. Our house had old hook ups so we ended up having those replaced after they told us it wasn’t a good idea to keep them. Good thing they said something

During a pandemic you want people who are respectful, professional and mindful of safety. The 4 members of the Geek Squad who showed up to install today were all of the above, wore masks and very friendly.

Best Buy delivered my washer with a dent on the front and I notified them immediately. They tried to say I dented it!! The hook up was fine but machine dented

I ordered my washing machine on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. The men took away my old machine from our laundry room which is located upstairs and installed the new one, showed us how to use it and that was that. Great service!

this is my second washer, still the same brand (Samsung) my first one broke after 6 years that’s why I stick with this brand and so far I’m so happy with this purchase.

Talk about large capacity WOW! Love the look and the options. My eyes see a big load and once clothes get inside I have room to add more.
