The guys did a really fine job. Courteous and professional.

All is working perfectly. The installation people were careful not to damage walls. And they waited patiently while I cleaned floor under old washer before bringing in new.

The guys did a great job installing the new washer. They took time to clean up and to make sure that the new washer was level and working correctly. They walked me through how to use it and asked if I had any questions. Great experience!

No complaints-Efficient installation-just would have preferred someone give me a walk thru on how to use it

Day 1. Washing machine breaks and floods entire kitchen and bathroom and garage below. Day 2. Called HOA to look at pipes since it drained through the building. They said it was the appliance's fault. Day 3. Called appliance guy only for him to tell me the replacement valve would cost 700$ with install. Day 4. Decided to buy new washing machine and dryer. Day 5. They came to install only to tell me that I needed to have both water valves and gas valve replaced. Day 6. They installed all new valves. Day 7. They came to install the new appliance. Right when they left washer fried out and just displayed error code. Day 8. Called appliance company for repairs. Day 9. They came and we both watched a cycle run for 21 minutes... Repairman left literally 3 minutes before it errored out again.. Day 10. Install crew shows up to say they dont have time to reinstall it.

The installation went very smoothly. The installers came within the first hour of the window given. They removed my old washer and installed and new one and gave me a demonstration on how to use it. They were very courteous and professional.

Loving my Maytag top load washing machine. The installers were excellent. They were on time, professional, and explained the use of the machine.

The delivery guys were amazing. Kept everything clean and lifted the heavy washer and dryer up to the second floor. Checked and double checked function and for leaks before leaving.
