The Guys showed up a little late and after trying...he was not able to reverse my door on my washer. But the Customer Service was Great.

Best Buy is committed to excellent service and installion. We purchase our appliances from them and have them installed, too. Always professional service.

These two agents were so exited and happy to deliver my new washer! I could tell they knew the machine well as they demonstrated how to use it and special features. Thank you for your enthusiasm!

My washer was install in the correct space and very quickly

The installers came on time. They were reluctant to the installation at first because they assumed it wouldn’t fit in the designated area. I assured them it would, so they installed it. The installation was fine but they could improve their attitude. If I was to give them advice I would tell them that this is their job, if they would like to do something else that’s fine too but don’t give the customers at Best Buy attitude. We spend big money to have these appliances delivered.

Installation was completed upon delivery; no problems so far.

They sent my machine with no legs. The installation was good, and the service was quick and professional. Too bad the legs weren't there. Otherwise, this would have been 5 stars.

The installers were very efficient. They came in and were done within 20 mins. The washer that I received had a scratch on the door though. Not the installers fault. The installers said that someone would contact me. Shortly after they left, I was contacted. I was given the option of a credit to my original form of payment or to return/exchange the washer for a new one. I said I had to discuss it. The person said someone would contact me the next day. A week later I contacted them. The person I spoke with went by Andrew. He was very rude. He would only offer me store credit. He refused to let me talk with a supervisor when I asked for one. He refused to give me anything to further distinguish who he was beyond the name Andrew. I called back and got yet another person and this person agreed to credit back to my original form of payment. I was told it would take between 5 days and the next billing cycle to receive my credit. Why does it take so long?! You charge my card right away but can't credit me back right away? I used a Best Buy Visa card also. We shall see if I get my credit.

They were great, hauled thru the snow, had to enter back door to access basement. They spent the time to properly balance the unit

Highly recommended! I'm a pretty handy person, but it's just nice not to have to do this yourself especially when they lug it up to the second floor and all you have to do is say thanks!

Was on time and communicated intentions beforehand so all went well. Operation of controls were not explained.

The installers removed my old washer and installed the new one quickly and efficiently, and they completed the job with no mess left behind. They were patient with me, answering all my questions and demonstrating how to operate the machine/

we were told our installation would be from 8 to noon, however they arrived later. They did contact my wife to advise of the time delay and current delivery / setup schedule for us.

My wife is blind and the installers spent extra time explaining all the functions so she could operate it with confidence.

We bought a new top loading washing machine from Best Buy and paid extra for the delivery and installation. The 2 person crew did a great job of installing and briefly showing us how the new machine worked. I would hire them to do this again.

The professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff gave great instructions during each phase of installation and operation procedures. The staff were AWESOME! They met or exceeded all my expectations. A memorable experience.

best buy delivery installed my new excellent GE Washer, came 8 am sharp, on time and very profesional and quick and tested the washer to make sure work perfectly, and most importantly no leak.
