They didn't bring the correct connectivity hoses. Otherwise clean and quick

These look like they are built to last. I was going to make do with my one year old lines but for the price these look like they will not fail and flood.

The installation was great, but they left the old machine on the lawn and returned several day after I called to pick it up.

Installed both items with stand. Both stands were damage upon delivery. Other than the stands, both items are functioning

The washer installation was quick and smooth. Techs were even earlier than estimated time and were very competent and communicated operating details prior to leaving.

Good machine but I wish it had a option for a second rinse

Techs could not install, the cold water hose would not come off for the old hookup. Had to have a plumber fix. Best Buy did credit the price

The guy was professional, cleaned up his mess and actually had to wait while we went to Home Depot to get different parts for the dryer because the kit they sold us were the wrong size.

Great professional service, the team that installed took extra care with the handling of the washer. As well where very cautious bringing the product in and not scratch up the trim our walls.

Installation crew did an excellent job, they actually installed my new Samsung washer and drier and reused my pedestals from previous 10 year old Samsung models. They did not have to do it, I hoped they will do it and the did. Five start service?

That delivered my matching washer and dryer brand Samsung. Installed and hooked the washing machine up. This machine has the top hand wash area so it has 2 lines from each hot & cold. I would of never known until Best Buy installers told me.

My delivery guys were prompt. They quickly installed washer and dryer, gave me instructions on how it works and how to best care for it to keep it running well, and were very considerate of not tracking mud or dirt in my house.
