Wow! Very cool installation service where my product was installed for me!

My washer and dryer are upstairs, and when the installers came, they walked on my 2 week old carpet with there very dirty shoes. Besides that, it all went good.

Good, prompt and friendly service. The guys were in and out. Good idea to pay the extra money to remove the old appliances. They took all the new packaging and offered a quick tutorial on how the washer and dryer operated.

installers were fast and professional. they were running a few minutes late and communicate that well. definitely with the money.

This delivery & installation company(they are all independents), went above and beyond. What a caring individual. 1st Installation company did not do a great job, this guy saved the day.

The two installers were friendly and professional. Did good job removing old machine and cleaning pan before installing new machine. Tested unit and were on their way. On time and courteious.

The initial install team was very polite but did overlook a couple of things. When the new 220 electrical dryer cord was installed they did not secure it with a tight down type of fitting. not sure exactly what they call it but without it, the individual wires were rubbing up against the sharp cut out. The other thing, although minor, they did not install a 90 degree elbo to the outside exhaust vent. The first team I would recommend but the second team was totally useless. I actually told them to get out of my house.

The washer ended up being dropped off and not installed because there was line on the existing hoses, we were not aware of that stipulation until they were already here

Do not buy from Best Buy!! The delivery service was awful. They came to install the washer/dryer but said they couldn't do it because they didn't have the stacking kit. Then, I took another day off and they came back and now they said they didn't have the tools to install. My husband ended up installing both all by himself when 8 men in total were not able to! And I am a Best Buy Total member. Wow! Never again and I won't renew my membership!!

The washer was not leveled only manually made stable; had to level it later.

It does help to get the right tools, specially if you are a handyman.

The Best Buy sponsored delivery crew was polite, took great care moving my brand new washing machine up my brand new wood staircase and freshly painted custom walls. The entire process was over in just a few minutes. I couldn’t be happier.

Friendly and quick to install. We asked them after they installed and almost got in their truck to come back and help us move it to the left more. They gladly did. Thanks!

The two young gentlemen easily installed my new Whirlpool Energy Efficient Cabrio washer. They were pleasant and efficient. Very professional!! Extremely happy and definitely will recommend Best Buy and their installers to family and friends.

Crew of two was cordial and efficient. Installation included the operation of the unit. They answered any question asked of them.
